Our verdict

This FF bench trades size for a low, narrow footprint, a sensible tradeoff for small home gyms but not for lifters wanting a wide multi-angle seat.

Overview

FF's TB011388 is a black alloy steel weight bench with a narrow, low-profile frame measuring 34.25 inches deep, 11.8 inches wide and 18 inches tall.

The listed dimensions describe a narrow, low frame rather than a wide adjustable multi-position bench, so this reads as a compact bench sized for storage-conscious rooms rather than a large home gym station.

Alloy steel construction
Black finish

Who it's for

Fits home gym users with limited space who need a basic bench rather than a large multi-angle station. Larger users or those wanting a wide seat may find the frame narrow.

Pros and cons

Pros

Compact frame saves floor space
Alloy steel build for stability

Cons

Narrow width may not suit larger users
No stated weight capacity

Performance notes

Alloy steel construction gives the frame stability under load, and its narrow footprint means it can be tucked away between sets or against a wall.
