Overview
Enclosing a hitting lane with black high density polyethylene netting, the Jones Sports net is built for baseball practice. A door gives access to the cage, and the title adds a backstop at no extra charge.
The reason to buy is the sturdy ply rating and a net, door and backstop in one listing. The limitation is what is missing: poles, a frame and hanging hardware are not mentioned, and the title lists several size options.
Who it's for
A coach or parent setting up batting practice who already has, or plans to build, the support structure. Buyers who want everything in one box should look for a kit that lists frame parts.
Pros and cons
- Heavy duty HDPE netting
- Door for easy access
- Backstop in the listing
- Several sizes in the title
- Frame and poles not listed
- Title and size field differ
- Only baseball use named
Performance notes
Netting strength depends on the ply rating and the HDPE material, which resist impact from repeated hits. The size field sets the usable length for batting practice, while the door only controls access.
