Overview
A 1-8x24mm first focal plane tactical riflescope with a daylight-visible illuminated FC-DMX reticle, capped turrets, and a ZeroStop feature. Built on a 30mm tube with 0.2 MRAD click adjustments and 30 MRAD of total travel.
This low power variable optic is aimed at close to mid-range shooting, with 1x magnification for close-quarters use stepping up to 8x for target identification farther out. The capped turrets protect zero from accidental bumps rather than offering exposed tactical dials.
- 1-8x24mm first focal plane LPVO
- Daylight-visible illuminated FC-DMX reticle
- 30mm tube, 0.2 MRAD clicks, 30 MRAD total adjustment
- Capped turrets with ZeroStop
Pros and cons
- 1x to 8x range covers close-quarters through mid-range shooting
- First focal plane reticle stays accurate at any magnification
- Capped turrets protect zero from accidental adjustment
- Eye relief and eye box are tighter than some competitors, need an adjustment period
- Limited Nightforce mount options for piggyback red dot setups
- One buyer received a unit with a gritty, non-functioning zoom
Performance notes
The FC-DMX reticle's small center dot and 4 MRAD segmented circle are built for fast target acquisition at 1x while still supporting precise aim at 8x, since the first focal plane design keeps subtensions accurate across the zoom range. Capped turrets add a layer of protection against snagging or accidental movement compared to exposed dials.
