Overview
DeMarini makes the Voodoo One as a one-piece alloy bat with a massive barrel and a lightweight composite end cap. The balanced swing weight and stiff feel reward strong, confident hitters.
One-piece stiffness transfers every bit of swing into the ball and gives honest feedback. The heavier drop suits advanced youth players more than beginners.
Who it's for
Older youth players preparing for heavier bats get a stiff, powerful option. Beginners or smaller kids should look at a lighter drop.
Pros and cons
- Massive alloy barrel
- Balanced swing weight
- USA Baseball approved
- Stiff bats sting on mishits
- USA leagues only
Performance notes
A one-piece bat has no flex joint, so energy goes straight to the ball but mishits send more vibration to the hands. The light end cap balances the long alloy barrel.
