Overview
A first-time knife carrier or a camper gets a light folder that opens fast and locks with a button, which also releases it for one-handed closing. The Nitro-V blade handles boxes, rope and camp chores.
A button lock makes opening and closing simple and quick for new users. The clip is set up for right-hand carry, and the listing does not mention swapping it.
Who it's for
Everyday carriers and campers who open packages, cut cord and handle small tasks. Lefties who want the clip on the other side should confirm it can move first.
Pros and cons
- Simple button lock
- Light in the pocket
- Deep carry clip
- Plain edge is easy to sharpen
- Right-hand clip only listed
- Small blade for heavy tasks
- Handle material listed two ways
Performance notes
The button lock holds the blade by a spring plunger, so pressing it lets the blade swing shut under control. The plain point blade slices cleanly and touches up easily on a stone.
