A reasonably priced multi-tool set where the roller itself gets consistent praise for sturdiness, though a few buyers found some of the bundled extras less useful and one flagged sharp edges on the plastic massage stick.

Overview
This set bundles a hollow-core foam roller measuring about 33 by 14 cm with a yoga stick, a plantar fasciitis massage ball, a stretching strap, a carrying bag and a towel, made from PVC and EVA materials.
Bundling six pieces into one bag is the appeal, letting a buyer cover full-body rolling, small-surface spots like the calves and feet, and active stretching with one purchase rather than several.
- Hollow-core foam roller sized about 33 x 14 cm
- Includes yoga stick, massage ball and stretching strap
- Comes with carrying bag and a towel
- Made from PVC and EVA materials
Who it's for
Buyers who want one portable kit covering foam rolling, trigger-point ball work and stretching band exercises for home, office or gym use.
Pros and cons
- Roller holds firm enough to stand on despite being hollow-core
- Six pieces cover full-body rolling down to small trigger points
- Compact enough to travel with, per reviewer feedback
- Massage stick has sharp edges some buyers flagged as a caution
Performance notes
The hollow-core design keeps the roller light without sacrificing enough firmness to stand on, and the massage ball adds pressure for smaller areas like calves, shoulders and the arch of the foot that the roller itself cannot reach as precisely. The plastic massage stick lets a user control pressure by hand rather than body weight, though its edges are worth handling with care per reviewer feedback.
