Overview
An adjustable step platform with three snap-on riser heights of 4, 6 and 8 inches, built from shockproof ABS plastic with a textured non-slip top and rubber feet, rated to 400 lbs for aerobics, cardio and strength routines.
- Snap-on risers set height to 4, 6 or 8 inches
- 400 lb weight capacity on a shockproof ABS deck
- Textured top plus rubber feet resist sliding
- Rounded edges reduce bump risk during workouts
Who it's for
Works for home exercisers doing step aerobics, rehab exercises like toe raises, or anyone wanting a stable low step for cardio circuits. Less suited to buyers who need silent operation, since a few users hear an occasional pop or creak underneath during use.
Pros and cons
- Three riser heights adjust the step level
- Wide, stable platform for stepping and balance work
- Holds up well over months of regular use
- Risers can be tricky to insert correctly
- Occasional creak or pop noise underneath reported
Performance notes
On bare or slick flooring a few buyers said it can shift, so a mat underneath is worth pairing with it.
