Overview
Step height on this Fitvids platform adjusts between 3.5 and 5.5 inches using included risers, on an 18 by 11 inch non-slip surface rated to 400 pounds.
The self-storing risers are the detail people call out most, since they tuck under the base instead of needing separate storage.
- 18 x 11 inch platform
- 3.5 to 5.5 inch adjustable height
- 400 lb weight capacity
- Non-slip diamond-textured surface
Who it's for
Works for home cardio step routines, physical therapy step training, and as a low step aid for people managing mobility limits. Not the choice if you need a platform that never has small parts to maintain, since the rubber feet are the one recurring complaint.
Pros and cons
- Rubber feet reportedly fall off with use
Performance notes
The riser legs click into the underside of the platform to raise it from 3.5 to 5.5 inches, and when not in use they store inside the base rather than as loose parts.
