Overview
A 26.5 by 10.5 inch aerobic step platform with two stackable risers, letting you set the step height at 4 or 6 inches for cardio, HIIT, or strength circuits at home.
This is a standard aerobic step deck rather than anything electronic, built from ABS plastic with a grooved non slip top. The riser system is what sets the height, not a dial or lever, so changing intensity means physically swapping risers in or out.
- 26.5 x 10.5 inch step platform
- 4-6 inch adjustable height with 2 risers
- 400 lb weight rating
- Non-slip surface with rubber feet
Who it's for
Home cardio and HIIT users who want a step platform for moves like step ups, planks, and box jumps, and anyone who wants to vary intensity by adjusting step height rather than owning multiple pieces of equipment.
Pros and cons
- Two height settings, 4 and 6 inches, via stackable risers
- Non-slip textured top and rubber feet for stability
- Rated to support up to 400 lbs
- Risers store underneath the platform when not in use
Performance notes
The platform sits on 4 non slip rubber feet and uses circular grooves plus a textured top for grip during fast paced moves. Risers slide underneath the platform for storage when not raising the height, and the ABS construction is described as shock absorbent.
