Overview
Deep, textured channels and non-slip logos give the Nike Elite Championship ball its grip and control. A faux leather surface over a rubber build aims to balance soft feel with durability, finished in amber, black and metallic gold.
Grip and control are the reasons to buy it, with channels and logos designed not to slip in the hand. The listing calls the material both faux leather and leather, and gives no inflation pressure.
Who it's for
Players shooting on playground courts who want a softer touch will enjoy it. Kids and anyone needing an official league stamp should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Deep channels for ball control
- Soft faux leather feel
- Listed for playground use
- Inflation pressure not listed
- Material listed two ways
- No warranty mentioned
Performance notes
Control comes from the deep channels, which give fingertips an edge to grip, and from logos that do not slip. A faux leather surface softens the touch compared with plain rubber. Rough courts wear soft surfaces faster.
