Overview
Bastion's dishwasher cleaner tablets are a 24-count, one-year supply of lemon-scented descaling tablets that dissolve in the detergent compartment during a normal cycle to clear grease and limescale from the machine's interior.
The tablets clean the dishwasher itself rather than the dishes inside it, and the 24-count box implies a roughly twice-a-month rhythm over a year.
- 24 tablets, 1-year supply
- Lemon scent
- Targets grease, grime and limescale
- Drops into the detergent compartment
Who it's for
Households running routine monthly to biweekly dishwasher maintenance who want a set-and-forget lemon-scented tablet. Not the pick for anyone who wants buyer feedback before trying a new descaler.
Pros and cons
- Full year supply from one purchase
- Lemon scent addresses musty dishwasher odor
- Simple one-tablet drop-in use, no mess
- No septic-safe or other certification claims listed
Performance notes
The tablet dissolves in the detergent compartment during a normal wash cycle, and its cleaning action works on the machine's own components, spray arms, tub and interior, rather than on the dishes being washed. It's aimed at grease, grime and limescale that build up over repeated cycles, with one tablet per wash as the stated dose.
