Who it's for
Suited to a backyard cook set on charcoal smoking who has the patio space and does not mind the weight. Not a fit for anyone wanting portability or gas convenience.
Pros and cons
- Stainless steel construction
- Sized like a traditional offset smoker
- Established smoker brand
- 280 lb weight rules out casual moving
- No cooking area figure listed
Performance notes
Offset-style charcoal smokers depend on manual damper and fuel control to hold steady temperature over long cooks, and the stainless steel build is meant to withstand repeated outdoor exposure. No insulation or gauge thickness is listed, so cold-weather heat retention cannot be confirmed from the data.
