Overview
A high-speed laser engine and automatic duplexing drive this Xerox mono printer, returning the first page in seconds. A tablet-style touch screen manages jobs, and it prints from USB sticks and cloud folders such as Dropbox, OneDrive and Google Drive.
Raw speed and expandable paper capacity serve teams that print all day. Built-in WiFi is not listed, so wireless printing may need an add-on.
Who it's for
Hybrid offices and departments printing large volumes of documents with little desk space. Teams needing scan or color should choose an all-in-one.
Pros and cons
- Very fast printing
- Quick first page
- Cloud and USB printing
- Large expandable capacity
- WiFi Direct optional
- Heavy for its size
Performance notes
The engine speed and short warm-up govern how quickly queues clear, while automatic duplexing saves paper with little delay. The security features and driver tools decide how easily IT manages it on the network.
