Overview
The Krightlink 5-in-1 set pairs a 13 inch hollow foam roller, 15 inch muscle stick, 2.5 inch massage ball, resistance band, and carry bag for targeted muscle recovery. High-density PVC and EVA construction is rated to 200 lbs.
Having five separate tools in one kit means you can match the tool to the area, using the smaller roller or ball on the feet and the larger roller on the back. It packs into the included mesh bag for travel.
- 13 inch hollow foam roller
- 15 inch muscle stick included
- 2.5 inch massage ball included
- Resistance band and mesh carry bag
Who it's for
Athletes and physical therapy patients who want a compact multi-tool recovery kit instead of a single foam roller. Less suited to anyone who wants one heavy-duty roller and nothing else, given one reported breakage.
Pros and cons
- Five tools cover multiple muscle groups
- Compact bag for travel
- Used successfully in PT rehab per review
- One buyer's roller broke
- Geared roller teeth uncomfortable for one buyer
Performance notes
The smaller roller and massage ball are suited to feet and joints, while the larger hollow roller covers the back and legs. One reviewer's roller cracked, and another disliked the plastic teeth on the geared roller wheel piece.
