Overview
The Damniss DAM-002 is a pellet fuel smoker built from stainless steel in a green and black finish, measuring 21 x 39 x 35 inches and weighing 81 pounds.
Pellet smokers typically use an auger and controller to feed fuel automatically, which usually means steadier temperature holding than a charcoal unit, though no controller or hopper capacity is specified in the listed attributes.
- Pellet fuel type
- Stainless steel construction
- 21 x 39 x 35 in
- 81 lb
Who it's for
Suits someone wanting a pellet smoker with a larger footprint for regular backyard smoking. Anyone needing confirmed hopper size or temperature range should look for that detail elsewhere, since it isn't in the listed specs.
Pros and cons
- Stainless steel construction
- Pellet fuel typically holds temperature steadier than charcoal
- Sizable footprint for larger cooks
- Hopper capacity is not listed
- At 81 lb, not built for portability
Performance notes
Pellet fuel generally offers steadier heat than charcoal since the feed is mechanical rather than manual, though at 81 pounds this unit is meant to stay in one spot rather than travel with you.
