Overview
A vertical sisal scratching post from MECOOL in black, floor mounted with a hanging ball, built for indoor cats and kittens.
This is MECOOL's Classic style, distinct from the Compact beige version, using the same sisal wrap and hanging ball approach in a different finish. It's a single, floor mounted post rather than a multi-level tree. The black finish is the main differentiator from MECOOL's other listed scratching post style.
- Black finish
- Sisal material
- Hanging ball topper
- Floor mounted, single level
Who it's for
Indoor cat owners who want a vertical sisal post with a hanging ball for play, in a black finish rather than the lighter beige version. Cats needing a multi-level tree with several perches should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Sisal wrap for claw grip
- Hanging ball adds play value
- Floor mount for stability
- Single level, no extra perches
Performance notes
The sisal wrap gives cats a textured surface for scratching, and the hanging ball on top is meant to draw attention to the post so cats engage with it rather than nearby furniture. It's a single level design, floor mounted for stability.
