Overview
The Happi N Pets Cat Scratching Post, model DB18HS, combines a sisal-wrapped post with a carpeted section on one base, plus a replaceable toy attachment, and ships in light gray.
It is a single-level post rather than a multi-tier tower, weighing about 1.93 kg, suiting owners who want a compact scratching surface rather than a full cat tree. The listing also includes a spare toy, useful once the attached one wears out.
- Model DB18HS, light gray finish
- Sisal rope and carpet combined on one post
- Includes a replaceable toy plus an extra free toy
- Single level, about 1.93 kg
Who it's for
Owners of indoor cats who need one stable scratching post, not a climbing tower, are the fit. Owners looking for a multi-level cat tree with platforms or hideaways should look at a taller structure instead.
Pros and cons
- Combines sisal rope and carpet on one stable base
- Comes with a replaceable toy plus a spare
- Compact single-level footprint
- Single level, not a multi-tier cat tree
- Toy and post need different cleaning methods
Performance notes
Combining sisal rope and carpet on one base gives a cat two textures to scratch without needing two separate posts, and the base is built for stability under a single level of height. Care is by vacuuming or spot cleaning the rope and carpet, with the plush toy handled separately by hand washing or dry cleaning.
