Overview
Swinging the Easton Tango feels light thanks to a one-piece alloy build, a tapered handle and a concave end cap. A perforated flex grip helps damp vibration on off-center hits.
Balanced design and a tapered handle make barrel control easier for developing hitters. The title lists two drops without saying which applies to this length.
Who it's for
Made for youth league hitters building contact and control. Advanced travel players may want a hotter barrel.
Pros and cons
- Light ALX100 alloy
- Tapered handle for control
- Concave end cap
- Perforated grip reduces sting
- Drop for this size unclear
- One-piece feels stiff on mishits
Performance notes
A tapered handle helps hands whip the barrel through the zone, and the concave cap holds the barrel structure stable. One-piece alloy passes more vibration than a two-piece design.
