Overview
A golf bag with a gap between irons and fairway woods is the place for this Callaway hybrid, which has a hybrid head on a graphite shaft. A synthetic rubber grip and a headcover come with it.
A light flex shaft suits swings that need help getting the club through the ball, and the hybrid head forgives mishits more readily. The limitation is that the listing carries no warranty detail and no weight or length.
Who it's for
Golfers who struggle with long irons and swing at a gentle pace get an easier club to launch. Left-handed players, strong hitters and anyone who wants fitting options should look at other shafts.
Pros and cons
- Forgiving hybrid head
- Lightweight graphite shaft
- Standard rubber grip
- Right hand only
- Warranty not listed properly
- Shaft length not described
Performance notes
A hybrid head is wide and low in weight, so a ball struck off-center still launches. A shaft in light flex bends more easily, which helps slower swings load and release the club, and a heavier swing may overpower it.
