Overview
A hybrid lever-cam at each limb tip front-loads the power into the early part of the pull on the Muzzy Deviant, which helps short-draw shooters and quick snap shots. A magnesium riser and integrated rail carry the reel seat.
Wide adjustment in both weight and length lets one bow follow a shooter from youth to adult.
Who it's for
Bowfishers who shoot at night from a boat and snap shoot at moving fish. Left-handed archers and buyers who want a ready-to-fish package should look elsewhere.
Pros and cons
- Very wide draw weight range
- Adjustable draw length
- Smooth draw without hard break-over
- Comfortable cam shape on the leg
- Reel and reel seat not listed
- Right hand only
- Weight listed two ways
Performance notes
Most of the stored energy is built in the first part of the pull, so arrows leave with speed even at short draw lengths. Let-off reduces holding weight, and the felt draw weight seems lower than the actual setting.
