Overview
An adjustable weighted vest from Wolliwa built with a black Lycra and T-cloth shell filled with iron sand, adjustable across a 2 to 20 pound range and weighing 8.9 kilograms loaded.
The iron sand fill lets weight be added or removed within the vest's own 2 to 20 pound range instead of requiring separate plates, so the same vest can serve as a light cardio layer or a heavier resistance vest depending on how much is loaded.
- 2-20 lb adjustable weight
- Black Lycra and T-cloth shell
- Iron sand fill
- 8.9 kg total weight
Who it's for
Suits walkers, runners and bodyweight trainees who want adjustable resistance without owning a fixed heavy vest. Lifters wanting loads well past 20 pounds need a different vest.
Pros and cons
- Adjustable across a 2 to 20 pound range
- Lycra and T-cloth construction for a snug fit
- Tops out at 20 pounds, light for heavier lifters
- Iron sand fill adds bulk versus plate vests
Performance notes
Because the fill is iron sand rather than fixed plates, the load can be tuned in smaller steps across the 2 to 20 pound range, letting the same vest cover both light and near-max sessions.
