Overview
The WOLF VT9212 is a nylon weight vest with a listed size of 31 pounds, marketed toward running rather than general strength training.
Running-focused vests tend to sit closer to the body than strength vests, since a loose fit becomes a distraction over distance. The 31 pound rating puts this toward the heavier side for a running vest, closer to rucking territory than a light training aid.
- 31 pound listed weight
- Nylon build
- Black colorway
- Marketed for running
Who it's for
Fits runners or ruckers looking to add meaningful resistance to their sessions. Less suited to beginners easing into weighted training, given the load involved.
Pros and cons
- Substantial 31 pound load for running or rucking
- Heavy load may be too much for beginners
- Fixed weight with no adjustment mentioned
Performance notes
The nylon shell is built to hold its 31 pound load steady during running motion rather than shifting the way a looser vest might.
