Overview
The Brisk It BGZ450 is a pellet fueled smoker built from stainless steel with a black finish, measuring about 29.8 by 46 by 38.8 inches and weighing 70.5 pounds. It suits home cooks moving up to a dedicated pellet smoker for low and slow cooking.
Brisk It positions the BGZ450 as a pellet burning unit, which typically means an auger feed system and digital temperature control rather than manual charcoal management. The listing does not include hopper capacity or a temperature range, so check those details on the product page if precise control matters to you.

Who it's for
Cooks who want set and check pellet smoking rather than tending charcoal or wood by hand. Less suited to anyone who prefers the flavor profile of stick burning or charcoal smokers.
Pros and cons
- Stainless steel build for outdoor durability
- Pellet fuel reduces manual fire tending
- 70.5 lb weight limits portability
- No stated temperature range or hopper capacity
Performance notes
Pellet smokers like this generally hold temperature through an auger that feeds pellets automatically, trading some of the smoke intensity of charcoal for steadier, lower maintenance cooking, though this listing does not state hopper size or a specific temperature range.
