Overview
A folding aluminum frame with reinforced joints holds a wide, foam padded seat for two in this Kelty loveseat, rated for a high combined load. The tough polyester fabric sheds dirt and moisture, and setup instructions are sewn right on.
Sitting side by side at camp or a concert beats two separate chairs for couples. The single piece is heavy and armless, which some will miss.
Who it's for
Couples, parents with a child, or dog owners at drive up campsites will use it. Backpackers need a light single chair.
Pros and cons
- Seats two side by side
- High weight capacity
- Bag doubles as dog mat
- Quick setup with sewn in guide
- Heavy to carry far
- Seat depth is shallow
Performance notes
Stability comes from the aluminum frame and reinforced connection points spreading weight across two seats. Comfort depends on the foam padding and fabric tension, which support two adults without sagging in the middle.
