Adjustable Foldable Weight Bench 795 lb

Overview

The JSD-01-BK is an adjustable weight bench built from alloy steel with a faux leather pad, measuring 53 inches deep by 15.9 inches wide by 21.5 inches high and weighing 29.7 pounds. It is finished in dark black and listed in a large size.

At 29.7 pounds this bench is on the lighter side for a steel-framed bench, which typically means a narrower frame footprint rather than a heavier duty base. The 53 inch depth by 15.9 inch width give a sense of the pad size and footprint, though the listing does not state an incline range or number of positions.

• Alloy steel frame, faux leather pad
• 29.7 lb bench weight
• 53"D x 15.9"W x 21.5"H
• Dark black, large size

Who it's for

Suits home gym setups where an adjustable bench needs to move or store easily thanks to its lighter frame. Buyers wanting a heavy, wide-footprint bench for stability under heavier loads should look for one with a wider stated base and heavier frame weight.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

The alloy steel frame keeps overall weight to 29.7 pounds while the faux leather pad covers the 53 by 15.9 inch bench surface. Because the listing does not state an incline range, buyers relying on multiple back positions should confirm that detail on the product page.
