Overview
The MAIDOMA 5786R is an alloy steel weight bench measuring 63 inches deep, 37 inches wide and 45 inches tall, finished in dull black.
At 200 pounds, the bench itself is considerably heavier than typical folding benches, which along with the steel frame suggests a build meant to stay planted rather than fold away for storage. The 63 by 45 inch footprint is sizable, so floor space is worth measuring against your gym area before ordering.
- Alloy steel frame
- 200 pound item weight
- 63"D x 37"W x 45"H dimensions
- Dull black finish
Who it's for
Fits buyers with room for a large, steel frame bench that stays in place. Doesn't suit anyone tight on floor space, given the 63 inch depth and 45 inch height.
Pros and cons
- Alloy steel construction
- Dull black finish
- Heavier 200 pound build for a stable base
- No separate load capacity listed
- Large 63 by 45 inch footprint needs dedicated space
- No description confirming adjustability or attachments
Performance notes
The combination of a steel frame and a 200 pound bench weight should keep it planted during heavy pressing rather than shifting under load. No separate user weight capacity is listed, so how much load the bench itself is rated to hold beyond its own weight isn't confirmed.
