Overview
The CIZEBO ball is a 6 inch (8 inch also sold) inflatable PVC squeeze ball built for between-knee and core stability work, not for sitting or bouncing on. It ships with a needle pump so you inflate it firm without mouth blowing.
- 6 inch PVC ball (8 inch also sold separately)
- Includes needle air pump
- Textured grip surface
- Keep off wooden floors in hot weather
Who it's for
Good for anyone doing PT knee-squeeze homework, Pilates core drills, or small-ball stability training at home. Not the right pick if you want a larger ball to sit or bounce on for balance work.
Pros and cons
- Ships with needle pump so no mouth-inflating
- Textured surface grips against skin when squeezed
- Compact size matches physical therapy sizing
- One buyer found a pinhole leak
- Stock pump may be underpowered for repeat top-ups
Performance notes
The textured surface is meant to keep it from slipping out when squeezed between the knees or hands during core work. At about 100g and 6 inches across, it stays close to PT-clinic sizing rather than a full stability ball.
