Overview
A small patio or deck corner gets a tall wood burning chiminea in steel with a rustic oxidized finish. Slats hold logs for airflow and a chimney carries smoke up and away from seating.
A narrow footprint and a base log store make it a compact way to have a fire in a small space. It burns wood only, and the listing names no cover, spark guard or grill grate.
Who it's for
Compact seating areas where space matters will gain a tall fire with a small footprint. Anyone wanting adjustable flame, gas fuel or a cooking surface should choose another type.
Pros and cons
- Narrow footprint, tall profile
- Built in log storage
- Chimney carries smoke upward
- Slats promote airflow under logs
- Wood only, no gas option
- No grill grate listed
- Raw steel finish changes with weather
Performance notes
A chimney draws air through the opening and carries smoke up, so the fire burns more steadily when the logs are raised on slats. Heat radiates outward through the wide mouth rather than evenly all around. The oxidized steel finish will continue to age outdoors.
