Overview
Now Foods MCT Oil ships as a two-bottle pack, each bottle 32 ounces for 64 ounces total, blended from coconut, palm and corn source oils and formulated for keto diets as a quick energy supplement.
This is a bulk buy rather than a trial size, aimed at people who already use MCT oil in coffee, shakes or cooking on a regular basis. The blend draws from three plant oil sources rather than coconut oil alone, which keeps the flavor fairly neutral.
- 64 ounces total across two bottles
- Blended coconut, palm and corn oils
- Formulated for ketogenic diets
- Marketed for energy management support
Who it's for
Fits keto dieters and anyone using MCT oil daily for a quick energy source, since the two-bottle pack cuts down on how often you reorder. Not the right pick for someone who has never tried MCT oil and wants to test it first in a smaller bottle.
Pros and cons
- Two full 32 oz bottles reduce reordering
- Blended from three plant based oils
- Formulated specifically for keto diets
- Only one oil blend, no flavor options
- Calorie dense oil, easy to overdo
Performance notes
MCT oil is made of medium chain triglycerides, which metabolize differently from long chain fats and are commonly used as a quick energy source before workouts or blended into keto coffee in place of butter or cream.
