Overview
A 32 fl oz bottle of MCT oil from NOW Foods, sold as a liquid rather than capsules. No flavor, ingredient breakdown or benefit claims are listed beyond it being MCT oil, so buyers who need a specific C8/C10 ratio should confirm that detail separately.
MCT oil is typically stirred into coffee, smoothies or dressings for a quick-digesting fat source, and the large 32 oz size suits someone using it daily rather than occasionally. Because no attribute data accompanies this listing, the exact blend, whether coconut or palm derived, or a specific caprylic and capric acid ratio, isn't confirmed here.

Who it's for
Fits regular MCT users who go through oil quickly and prefer a bulk bottle over a small trial size. Anyone who needs a confirmed C8/C10 ratio should verify it before buying, since it isn't specified in this listing.
Pros and cons
- Large 32 fl oz size for regular use
- Liquid format mixes easily into drinks and food
- No flavor, ratio or sourcing details provided
- No stated benefit or diet claims beyond the oil itself
Performance notes
Liquid MCT oil is absorbed and metabolized faster than typical long-chain fats, the basic reason people use it before workouts or in morning coffee, though the actual effect depends on the specific medium-chain triglycerides in the blend, information not detailed here.
