Our verdict

A near all-meat freeze-dried beef product made in the USA that works as a topper, treat or standalone meal, with shelf stability that fresh raw food lacks. A solid pick for owners who want raw-style nutrition without freezer storage.

Overview

BIXBI Liberty Freeze-Dried Dog Food Topper & Treats in Beef is a 12 ounce bag of freeze-dried bites made from 98 percent meat and organs, made in the USA and shelf stable without refrigeration. It is grain-free and free of soy and wheat, positioned as a raw-style meal, topper or treat rather than a single-purpose product.

BIXBI markets this under its Rawbble line, and the 98 percent meat and organ content puts it closer to a raw feeding supplement than a typical kibble topper. Freeze-drying is what allows it to sit at room temperature without spoiling, a practical advantage over fresh raw toppers that need a freezer. It ranks 22nd in freeze-dried dog food.

12 oz bag
98% meat and organs
Shelf stable, no refrigeration
Made in the USA

Who it's for

Owners feeding a medium breed adult dog who want a high-protein, minimally processed topper, treat or occasional meal without dealing with frozen raw food. Listed as human-grade, so buyers prioritizing ingredient quality are the target.

Pros and cons

Pros

98% meat and organs
No refrigeration needed
Made in the USA
Grain-free, soy free and wheat free

Cons

Recommended for medium breed dogs specifically, not sized guidance for large or small breeds
Freeze-dried format costs more per ounce than standard kibble toppers

Performance notes

Freeze-drying removes moisture while leaving the nutrient and protein structure largely intact, what lets a 98 percent meat and organ product sit on a shelf rather than in a freezer. Being grain-free, soy free and wheat free narrows the ingredient list, which matters most to dogs with known sensitivities to those items.
