Two roomy USB drives for moving large files between computers with password protection on board. Sold as a reseller bundle, and the write speed listed looks inconsistent with the read figure.

Overview
A retractable USB Type A plug slides out of the Glide body, so there is no cap to lose, and the drive moves files at third generation USB speeds. Password software guards private files, and a lanyard from the reseller comes in the bundle.
Two large drives in one order covers both a backup copy and a spare for sharing. A reseller packs the bundle with its own lanyard, and the write figure on the spec sheet does not add up, so judge speed by the read rating.
Who it's for
People shuffling video, photos and project folders between home and work computers get two large drives at once. Those with USB-C only laptops will need an adapter.
Pros and cons
- Two large drives in one pack
- USB 3.0 transfer speeds
- Password protection software
- Lanyard for carrying
- Write speed figure looks unreliable
- USB Type A plug only
- Sold by a third-party bundler
- Warranty not listed
Performance notes
Real transfer speed depends on the port: a third generation USB port reaches the rated speeds while an older port caps them far lower. Large single files copy faster than folders of many small files. Password protection runs through software on the drive.
