Overview
A 22 inch midsize foam roller with raised textured bumps designed to dig into tight muscle the way smooth rollers cannot, sold alongside compact and full-size lengths for different coverage needs.
It is built for people already comfortable with firmer myofascial release work rather than as a first foam roller.
- Raised textured bump surface for deep tissue work
- 22 inch midsize length for full-body use
- EVA and polyolefin construction
- Also sold in compact and full-size lengths
Who it's for
Suits athletes, coaches and people managing chronic tightness or an old injury who want deeper release than a smooth roller provides. Less suited to someone rolling for the first time and wanting a gentle introduction.
Pros and cons
- Can feel intense or genuinely painful for first-time users of firmer rollers
Performance notes
The raised bumps are meant to mimic finger pressure rather than the even, gliding contact of a smooth roller, so they concentrate pressure into knots instead of spreading it across the muscle.
