A solidly built, genuinely firm roller for the price, worth buying if you already know you want a bumpy texture rather than smooth foam, though don't count on much support from the brand's own website.

Overview
A firm, bump-textured foam roller with a solid three-piece EVA core built to resist the crushing and hollowing out that happens to cheaper rollers over time. Measures 5.5 inches across and 13 inches long, rated to support up to 300 pounds.
This is sold as a lower-cost entry point under the RumbleRoller name, and at least one reviewer found the connection to the main RumbleRoller product line thin, unable to locate the promised 20-page guide on the company website. The roller itself reads as a legitimately firm, no-frills tool rather than a soft recovery roller.
- Solid 3-piece EVA core rated to 300 lbs
- 5.5 inch diameter, 13 inches long
- Firm, textured bump surface
- Included downloadable user guide
Who it's for
People who want a durable, aggressively textured roller for deep tissue self-massage and are past the point of needing a soft, forgiving surface.
Pros and cons
- Solid core reported to hold up without deforming
- Firm bump texture reaches muscle knots directly
- Wide enough to cover the back in one pass
- Firmness may be too intense for beginners
- One buyer couldn't find the promised 20-page guide on the company site
- Feels like a generic roller loosely tied to the RumbleRoller name
