Overview
At 195 grams, the Gaiam 05-62965 is a single EVA foam yoga block in grey, used to bring the floor closer in poses where flexibility or balance would otherwise limit reach.
EVA foam is the common choice for yoga blocks because it holds its shape under body weight while staying light enough to reposition mid-practice. At under 200 grams this block is easy to move between poses without breaking flow.

Who it's for
Useful for yoga practitioners needing support in poses like triangle or half moon, or for anyone using props to modify stretches. Those wanting a set of two should confirm quantity, since this listing is for one piece.
Pros and cons
- Light EVA foam construction
- Supports body weight in yoga poses
- Sold as a single block, not a pair
Performance notes
EVA foam compresses slightly under hand or foot pressure but holds enough firmness to support body weight without collapsing, which is what makes it usable as a prop rather than just padding. Its light weight means it can be repositioned quickly between poses.
