Overview
Fitvids' BFYB-N2-GR is a foam yoga block sold under the Fitvids name, used to add height, support, and stability during yoga poses. It suits practitioners who need extra reach for hamstring stretches, balance work, or restorative poses.
With no listed dimensions or material spec in this data, buyers should confirm the block's exact size and foam density on the product listing before ordering, since blocks vary widely in density and finish. A name-brand block like this typically holds its shape under body weight better than an unbranded one.
- Foam yoga block for props and support
- Fitvids branded model BFYB-N2-GR
- Suited to stretching, balance, and alignment work
- Confirm size and density on the listing before buying
Who it's for
Good for yoga students, especially beginners working on flexibility, who need a stable prop under hands, hips, or seat. Less useful for anyone wanting a block that doubles as serious strength equipment, since foam blocks are not load rated for lifting.
Pros and cons
- Adds height and support for stretches and poses
- Lightweight enough to reposition mid practice
- No listed dimensions or material spec to confirm firmness
- Foam blocks are not built for heavy load bearing
Performance notes
Foam yoga blocks work by giving a stable, elevated surface under hands, hips, or feet so a pose can be held with proper alignment even when flexibility is limited. Firmness and edge shape determine how comfortable the block feels under sustained pressure during longer holds.
