Overview
Rocalt's ROC10111GF is a single cork yoga block weighing just under 2 pounds, finished in brown, used to bring the floor closer during stretches and poses.
Cork tends to offer more grip and firmness than foam blocks and carries more natural weight, though it will show wear differently than EVA foam over time.
- Cork construction
- 1.98 lb weight
- Brown finish
- Single block, model ROC10111GF
Who it's for
For yoga practitioners who want a firmer, grippier prop than standard foam. Not for anyone who wants a lightweight travel block, since cork adds weight compared with foam.
Pros and cons
- Cork adds grip and stability
- Firmer support than foam
- Compact single-block size
- Sold as one block, not a pair
- Heavier than foam alternatives
Performance notes
Cork's density gives it a stable, grippy surface underfoot and under the hands, which matters most in balance-dependent poses where a slick surface can slip.
