Trideer Soft Foam Yoga Blocks 2 Pack

Overview

The Trideer TRUSAM-YACB-EVSC03 is a two-block EVA foam set in mint green, meant to close the gap between hand or foot and floor in stretches, seated poses and balance work. Each block ships light enough to toss in a gym bag without adding real weight to your kit.

EVA foam blocks trade the heft of cork or wood for portability, which suits a home practice where the block moves from mat to shelf and back daily. Trideer sells this pair only in mint green, so color choice is not part of the decision. Because the listing does not give block dimensions, buyers comparing height options should check with the seller before ordering.

• EVA foam construction
• Two blocks per pack
• Mint green color
• About 4.2 oz per block

Who it's for

Suits beginners who need extra reach under a hand or hip during stretches, and anyone building a home yoga corner who wants a light prop that will not bang up floors. Less suited to lifters who want a dense block to bear heavy weight.

Pros and cons

Performance notes

EVA foam is a closed-cell material, so it resists soaking up sweat and wipes clean rather than absorbing moisture the way open-cell foam does. At roughly 4 ounces per block it is easy to reposition mid-flow, though that same lightness means it will not feel as planted underfoot as a cork or wood block.
