Overview
The Fitvids BFYB-N2-BLK is a single foam yoga block in black, weighing 6.08 ounces, sized for supporting stretches and poses that need extra height or stability.
Foam blocks are the standard lightweight option for yoga practice, trading the firmness of cork or wood for a softer edge and lower cost. At 6.08 ounces this is a single, light block rather than a set, so buyers wanting a pair should check the listed piece count.
- 6.08 ounce weight
- Foam material
- Black color
- Sold as 1 piece
Who it's for
Fits yoga practitioners who need a light prop for balance, flexibility, or restorative poses. Not the pick for anyone wanting a firmer, higher-density block for weight-bearing poses.
Pros and cons
- Lightweight foam construction
- Useful for balance and stretching support
- Sold as a single block, not a pair
- Foam is softer and less firm than cork or wood alternatives
Performance notes
Foam construction gives the block enough support for balance and stretching poses while staying light and soft-edged, though it will compress more under sustained body weight than a cork or wood block would. At 6.08 ounces it is easy to carry to a class or studio.
