Overview
EMEET builds this webcam as a compact USB camera with two microphones and a cover that closes over the lens. It plugs into a computer without drivers and offers a tripod holder for desk or shelf use.
Home office calls and streaming get a wide shot and two microphones with noise reduction in one USB cable. The limitation is the fixed focus, which suits a subject at normal desk distance but does not adjust if you move.
Who it's for
A desk call or a streaming corner where the user stays at a steady distance is the right situation. Presenters who stand and move around the room should consider a camera with auto focus.
Pros and cons
- Dual noise-cancelling microphones
- Wide field of view
- Lens cover included
- Works with Windows, Mac and Linux
- Fixed focus only
- Video format listed inconsistently
- No built-in clip details listed
- Tripod itself not mentioned
Performance notes
Two microphones let the camera reduce background noise before it reaches the call, and the wide lens frames a bigger part of the room. Fixed focus is set for a normal desk distance, so close or far subjects look softer. Auto low-light correction lifts exposure when the room is dim.
