Overview
A fixed wide-angle lens and a small CMOS sensor capture the picture, while two omnidirectional mics pick up voices around the desk. The clip base grips a monitor or laptop lid, and the cover slides over the lens when not in use.
Plug-and-play setup works with common meeting and streaming apps, and the adapter covers newer USB-C ports. Without autofocus, the picture goes soft outside its focus range, and there is no on-camera storage.
Who it's for
A home office user who joins meetings in Zoom, Teams or Meet and wants one cable and a privacy cover. The wide angle fits more of the room. Content creators wanting 4K or autofocus should step up.
Pros and cons
- Wide angle view
- Privacy cover included
- Adapter for USB-C ports
- Auto light correction
- Resolution limited to 1080p
- No on-camera storage
- Not water resistant
Performance notes
Fixed focus is set for a distance range, so subjects inside it stay sharp and anything closer or farther blurs. Auto light correction raises brightness in dim rooms, with added noise as a side effect. The microphones pick up the room as well as the speaker, so a quiet space helps.
