Overview
A textured-rubber aerobic step platform that adjusts between 6, 8, and 10 inch heights using risers that store inside the step itself, built for cardio step classes and lower-limb rehab work at home.
One long-time reviewer did flag that the stated 39 by 15 inch platform size is measured at the widest point since the step tapers inward, so the usable stepping surface is narrower than the headline dimensions suggest.
- Adjustable 6, 8, or 10 inch heights
- Risers store inside the step body
- Textured non-slip rubber surface
- 550 lb static weight rating
Who it's for
Suited to home step-aerobics routines and lower-limb rehab exercises where a stable, non-shifting platform matters. Buyers wanting maximum stepping width for wider stances may find the tapered platform narrower than expected.
Pros and cons
- Non-slip textured rubber surface
- Risers store inside the step, nothing separate to lose
- Adjusts to 6, 8, or 10 inches
- 550 lb static, 220 lb dynamic rating
- Platform tapers, so usable width is narrower than stated
Performance notes
Height adjusts between 6, 8, and 10 inches to match the demand of a given routine or rehab exercise.
