Overview
The VEVOR 28-Inch Aerobic Exercise Step Platform is a height-adjustable step deck with 4 stackable risers, sized about 27 by 10.5 inches, for home cardio and strength work. It suits anyone wanting a sturdy, adjustable step for HIIT, aerobics, or low-impact rehab work.
The step height adjusts across three settings from 4 to 8 inches using the included risers, which also stack and stow underneath the platform for storage. VEVOR states the reinforced PP base is rated to hold up to 550 lbs, a figure worth keeping in mind for higher-impact use like jump training. The surface has textured grooves for grip, paired with non-skid rubber feet to protect flooring.

- Risers stack and store underneath

Performance notes
Height adjusts in three stages from 4 to 8 inches by stacking the 4 included risers, letting the same platform serve beginners at the lowest setting and more advanced circuit training higher up. The textured surface and rubber feet are meant to keep footing stable during jumps or squats, and the reinforced PP base is rated to 550 lbs per the listing. Risers stack and slide under the platform for storage in small apartments.
