Overview
Foldable and rated for up to 300 lbs, the Yes4All V40R aerobic deck works as a step platform, an incline or flat bench, and a plyo box in one compact unit. It adjusts across 2 step heights, 3 bench angles, and 4 backrest bracket angles.
- 300 lb weight capacity
- 2 step heights, 3 bench angles
- 4 backrest bracket angles
- Built-in band-routing grooves
Who it's for
Fits anyone short on space who wants one piece of equipment to cover stepping, incline bench work, and box exercises like step-ups or dips.
Pros and cons
- Multi-position stepper, bench, and plyo box in one
- Folds down and stores compactly
- Textured surface grips well for step-ups
- Adjustable height and incline angles
- Surface texture uncomfortable for lying-down bench use
- Hinge can pinch fingers if unpadded during setup
- Off-the-shelf resistance bands don't always fit the grooves
Performance notes
Built-in band grooves add resistance-training options, though matching aftermarket bands to those grooves has been hit or miss for some buyers.
