Overview
A compact mini step platform with a diamond knurled, non skid surface and two included risers that adjust height from about 3 1/8 to 5 1/8 inches. Sized for small spaces and apartments, it is meant for cardio stepping, strength moves and rehab work.
This is a smaller step than a full size aerobics platform, and several buyers repurpose it as a footrest or shower step rather than a cardio tool, which says something about its scale.
- Height adjusts between about 3 1/8 and 5 1/8 inches
- Risers store underneath the platform
- Rubberized riser feet protect flooring
- Compact mini step footprint
Who it's for
Works for apartment dwellers or anyone rehabbing an ankle or hip who wants a small, sturdy step with two height options. Not the pick for someone wanting a wide, full length aerobics step or continuously variable height.
Pros and cons
- Two height settings via included risers
- Compact enough for apartments and under desk storage
- Diamond knurled surface reported to grip well
- Riser pegs can fit loosely and fall out when lifted
- Height is not adjustable beyond the two riser positions
Performance notes
The knurled surface and rubberized risers grip well on hard floors according to rehab users doing balance work on it.
