Overview
Televes builds the Bexia to adjust its own amplification separately for VHF and UHF, so strong local stations do not overload while weak ones get a boost. It receives from every direction, filters cellular interference, and hangs on a wall or stands on a shelf.
Automatic gain control removes the guesswork of amplified antennas that overload near strong towers. Its range targets metro areas, and low VHF needs a decent signal.
Who it's for
Urban and suburban cord cutters get stable reception without aiming or fiddling with gain. Rural viewers far from towers need a larger outdoor antenna.
Pros and cons
- Automatic dual-band gain control
- No aiming needed
- Filters cellular and FM interference
- Works passive if power drops
- Range limited to metro areas
- Low VHF needs strong signal
- Short ninety day warranty
- Power adapter not listed
Performance notes
Reception quality depends on the gain control keeping strong and weak channels in balance, which reduces pixelation from overload. Filtering above the TV band cuts interference from nearby cell towers in dense areas.
