Overview
A small office workgroup is where this Lexmark color laser fits, a compact all-in-one that prints, copies, scans and faxes from a touchscreen and shares over Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
Small teams get color laser output, two-sided printing and fax in one networked machine. Paper capacity is modest with one tray, and the listing gives no toner yield details.
Who it's for
Small workgroups sharing one device over the network suit this all-in-one. Busy departments that print large jobs need more trays.
Pros and cons
- Color laser with fax
- Automatic two-sided printing
- Wireless and wired networking
- Handles envelopes and legal paper
- Single paper tray
- Toner yield not listed
- Heavy for a desktop unit
Performance notes
Throughput is set by the laser engine, which runs color and black at the same speed, and two-sided printing happens automatically. The flatbed scanner handles bound or fragile originals.
