Overview
A weight vest from WOLF, model SUVELAM, made of nylon in a one-size black design weighing about 1.42 kilograms, roughly 3.1 pounds.
That listed weight is light for a weight vest in the traditional sense of a loaded training vest, and likely reflects the shell itself rather than a fully loaded unit, since dedicated loaded vests typically run well above that figure. Buyers relying on it for real resistance should confirm on the product page whether weight inserts ship separately or come included.
- Nylon material
- About 1.42 kg (3.1 lb) listed weight
- One size, black
- Fitness category vest
Who it's for
May suit buyers who want a light nylon vest for pocket-and-strap use or minimal added resistance, not those expecting the heavier loaded feel of a 20 to 40 lb training vest. Confirm total loaded weight before buying if resistance training is the goal.
Pros and cons
- Nylon construction for a lightweight shell
- One size design simplifies fit
- Listed weight is light for typical loaded training vests
- No confirmation of whether weight inserts are included
Performance notes
Weight vests add resistance by distributing extra mass across the torso during bodyweight or cardio training, so the training effect scales directly with how much weight the vest actually carries once loaded, a figure this listing does not clearly break out.
