Overview
The Retrospec 4437 is a foam exercise mat in a Boysenberry colorway, weighing about 1.24 kilograms (roughly 2.7 pounds). It's built for floor-based workouts like yoga, stretching, or bodyweight training where a cushioned surface matters more than a rack-mounted rig.
Foam mats trade off between thickness, density, and portability, and this listing gives weight but not a stated thickness, so buyers who need a specific level of joint cushioning should check product photos or Retrospec's own sizing chart. At under three pounds it leans toward the lighter, more portable end of the category.

- Boysenberry color
- About 1.24 kilograms
- Compact, portable format
Who it's for
Fits people doing yoga, Pilates, or general floor stretching at home who want a dedicated soft surface. Not the pick for anyone who specifically needs a thick mat for heavy joint cushioning, since thickness isn't confirmed in the available specs.
Pros and cons
- Lightweight at roughly 2.7 pounds, easy to roll and carry
- Distinct color makes it easy to spot among other mats
- Thickness not specified in the listing
- No stated non-slip texture or backing detail
Performance notes
Foam mats cushion joints and add grip versus working directly on hard flooring, with real-world comfort driven mostly by density and thickness rather than raw weight. Since thickness isn't listed here, expect performance closer to a standard yoga mat than a thick gym mat.
