Overview
This is a 20 sheet pack of 12 inch by 12 inch permanent adhesive vinyl in assorted colors, built on a clear PET backing rather than the paper liner used on cheaper craft vinyl. It targets cutting machine crafters making decals, signs and outdoor stickers.
The clear PET backing is the real selling point: paper backed vinyl can separate from the adhesive mid cut or leave residue on a cutting mat, while a PET liner is meant to stay intact through weeding. The listing states compatibility with Graphtec and other craft cutters, though results still depend on blade settings for the specific machine used.
- 20 sheets, 12 inch by 12 inch, assorted colors
- Clear PET backing instead of paper liner
- Compatible with Graphtec and other craft cutting machines
- Seller states indoor use up to 10 years, outdoor up to 8 years
Who it's for
Fits people already running a Cricut, Silhouette or Graphtec cutter who make car decals, mugs, signs or window graphics and have fought paper backed vinyl before. Less useful for anyone hand cutting vinyl with scissors or a knife, since the PET backing advantage is specific to machine cutting and weeding.
Pros and cons
- Clear PET backing resists tearing during weeding
- 20 sheets of assorted colors in one pack
- Seller states indoor and outdoor durability measured in years
- Works across multiple craft cutter brands
- Durability figures are seller claims, not independent test results
- Adhesive strength described only in general terms
Performance notes
The listing states the vinyl withstands washing and rain, holding up to about 10 years indoors and 8 years outdoors on a smooth surface, though those figures come from the seller rather than independent testing. Water and UV resistance matter most for car decals and outdoor signage, where paper backed vinyl would degrade faster.
